Life coaching

Individual or Family Services

I offer individual and family therapy to children, youth and their families.

Process

The assessment is divided into sequential steps:

  1. We will have a 90-minutes interview;

  2. A supplementary session might need to be scheduled with your youth depending on the clinical presentation;

  3. An interview might also need to be scheduled with a third party (e.g., teacher, current therapist) to gather more information;

  4. You and  your child will have to complete some questionnaires;

  5. I will write a report, which can take up to 4 weeks;

  6. We will schedule a feedback meeting to discuss the content of the report.

Each individual or family service is different because it is tailored to your child/youth/family's needs. Overall, this is how I proceed:

  1. We will have a  60 - 90 meeting where I will gather information about your needs and goals for psychotherapy;

  2. In our 2nd meeting, I will present a treatment plan;

  3. Psychotherapy services.
